Antioxidants have so many benefits and come in so many different forms. Antioxidants protect your cells from free radicals. Free radicals may cause heart disease, cancer and other diseases. On the contrary Antioxidants like vitamins C and E help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Moreover, fruits, vegetables and whole grains are all high in antioxidants, high in fiber, low in fat and cholesterol, and excellent sources of vitamins and minerals. The best thing is that fruits and vegetables are not only low in fat but are also easy on your wallet. Investing in a juicer may be costly but it's an investment in your health which is an investment in your life.

Juicing my Way to a Healthy Life!!!
So, I am on a journey to eat healthier and drink more water. A friend of mine has been juicing and her videos and posts have encouraged me to do the same. Of course I have a juicer that was gifted to me from a family member. It's been tucked away at the bottom of my pantry. Occasionally I take it out to juice beets. Yesterday my local grocery did not have beets but it did have beautiful green watermelons on display. Watermelons are perfect to get more water in. I'm actually craving watermelon as I'm writing about it! LoL! Ok, let me get back in focus. I love apples and celery so I added those as well to my juice. Juicing is great because, vegetables and fruit are nature's antioxidants.
